All Levels Yoga
All Levels Yoga is designed for all participants, both new and advanced. Classes include breathing, postures, and meditation intended to improve mindset, flexibility, alignment, and strength.
Flow Yoga synchronizes posture with breathing through fluid motion in and out of various poses. You will develop full awareness of your movement patterns as you flow through different postures. All are encouraged to move at their own pace through this meditation in motion.
Gentle Yoga is a slow-paced, relaxing practice that will include a variety of postures, breathing, and meditation techniques. This class is a perfect way to reset and refocus, concentrating on physical health and mental well-being.
Power Yoga practices the synchronization of breathing and movement between postures while building stamina and endurance. Classes are a relaxing way to enhance flexibility and muscular strength through a balanced workout.
SPINNING®, or indoor cycling, is a fun yet intense cardio-based class that takes place on specialized Spinner bikes. Riders are challenged both mentally and physically as they work through a variety of class profiles including hills, flats, sprints, jumps, intervals, and more alongside fantastic playlists. Classes are 45 or 60 minutes in length and are suited for all fitness levels.

This 75-minute combo class consists of a 45-minute SPINNING® ride followed by 30 minutes of core training. Core routines are aimed at strengthening and stabilizing all core muscles, including abdominals, obliques, lower back, and hips.
Spin & Strength (75)
This 75-minute combo class consists of a 45-minute SPINNING® ride followed by 30 minutes of strength training. Strength routines are mainly comprised of upper-body and core exercises, incorporating a wide variety of equipment to deliver workouts aimed at improving muscular endurance and bone strength.
Spin & Stretch (75)
This 75-minute combo class consists of a 45-minute SPINNING® ride followed by 30 minutes of active stretching. All primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, hamstrings, and upper back will be targeted, reducing tension throughout the body and improving flexibility.
50/50 incorporates both cardio- and strength-based moves to create a well-rounded workout. Using an array of equipment, our instructors deliver challenging classes geared at improving endurance, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness.
