What is HFT?
Small Group Training Environment - max of 12 people per class
10-week Comprehensive Workout Program - The program meets twice a week and is designed to help you test your functional fitness and offers an exciting new way to work out that will push your limits. The segments of each session will include pre-workout warm-up, strength/metabolic conditioning, post-workout recovery/stretch.
Coaching and Instruction - Our awesome coaches are here to provide individualized options for every participant and to make sure each workout fits your individual needs.
Participants also receive: pre-and-post fitness assessments, use of exclusive functional fitness equipment, and an HFT Training t-shirt
