A 45-minute class designed to introduce TRX straps, their adjustments, and proper form for exercises used in TRX workouts.

Spin
SPINNING® is a fun, intense cardio class on Spinner bikes. Riders face mental and physical challenges with hills, sprints, jumps, and intervals. Classes are 45 or 60 minutes.

A 45-minute SPINNING® ride followed by 30 minutes of core training for strength and stabilization.

50/50
Equal parts cardio and strength for a challenging, well-rounded workout. A variety of fitness equipment keeps things interesting.

Dance Fit
Combining Latin and international, pop and hip-hop music with fun and easy-to-follow dance moves. Routines incorporate fast and slow rhythms, basic dance footwork, and lots of energy with each instructor’s own personal twist.
