  • Register in advance using MyRec.
  • Please arrive early to allow ample time to get into the SRC and check-in at your fitness studio.
  • Please clean fitness equipment before and after class.
  • Instructors are subject to change at any time as class coverage allows  
  • In the event of last-minute coverage requirements, we reserve the right to modify or adjust a class format if needed.
