What is Husky Fit?

Beginning September 11
Community-oriented training program designed to enhance fitness through a focus of strength, power, aerobic capacity, and mobility training.
Certified instructor + friendly and motivating small group workout environment
Access to exclusive equipment in our Functional Studio like TRX, kettlebells, TIYRs, sandbags, weight vests, battle ropes, jump ropes, plyo boxes, and more!
Intentional, progressive and fun training program
Variety of circuits ranging from HIIT to resistance
Cardio Days (M/W) consist of curated cardio workouts. Resistance Days (Tu/Th) will help build muscle and bone density through circuit strength training sessions.

What is TRX Circuit?

Original, best-in-class TRX Suspension Trainer workout system
Leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises
Designed to incorporate the TRX suspension trainer, and other modalities in our functional studio, including but not limited to, kettlebells, resistance bands and slam balls
Structured 45-minute workout to help improve on muscular endurance, core strength, balance, and flexibility
Certified instructor & friendly and motivational small-group workout environment

45-minute class
Highly encouraged to take before taking any TRX Suspension Training class
After 9/10, the remaining TRX Foundation classes will be the first Sunday of each month at 5:30pm: 10/1, 11/5, & 12/3.
