- Please arrive early to allow ample time to get into the SRC and check-in at your fitness studio.
- Classes are limited in size to allow for social distancing protocols.
- Wear a mask (covering the nose and mouth).
- Fill water bottle and (if needed) use restroom PRIOR to entering the studio.
- Bring your own mat (when applicable).
